YOU can do nothing against a conspiracy theory, sighs Etienne Davignon. He sits in a lofty office with a stupendous view over Brussels, puffing his pipe. He is an aristocrat, a former vice-president of the European Commission and a man who has sat on several corporate boards, but that is not why some people consider him too powerful. He presides over the Bilderberg group, an evil conspiracy bent on world domination. At least, that is what numerous websites allege; also that it has ties to al-Qaeda, is hiding the cure for cancer and wishes to merge the United States with Mexico.
In reality, Bilderberg is an annual conference for a few dozen of the worlds most influential people. Last year Bill Gates and Larry Summers hobnobbed with the chairman of Deutsche Bank, the boss of Shell, the head of the World Food Programme and the prime minister of Spain. One or two journalists are invited each year, on condition that they abstain from writing about it. (Full disclosure: the editor of The Economist sometimes attends.)

I believe in globalists. I believe world leaders and the super-rich get together and make deals whose details are secret. That’s for their benefit, and it makes sense if you want control.
Statists are always willing to tell you what they are going to do. Obummer told eeryone he was going to pass health care, and spred the wealth around.
Unfortunately...there are still a lot of Commie Free Trade Globalists posting on here who support the Bilderburgers and the other Globalist groups. Free Traders are the “useful idiots” to the Globalist-Communists

You are not a Thinker....you are a Statist.
Hey, I didn't say I wanted them to have control! You have to delve into the minds and motivations of evil people, understand them, in order to defeat them.
No, statism is evil. It's a direct threat to individual rights and I surely don't want to lose mine.
The more people who can win or keep their rights, the crushing pressure globalist exert on free nations and people, the more secure the world becomes.
And I guess I should have said that I believe in the existence of globalists. Now hopefully you understand where I'm coming from.
