This really confuses/troubles me...A few weeks ago, two MIami cops were slain while attempting to serve to violent fugitive warrant. If this guy was in the attic, why didn’t they braw back, use a bull horn to tell him to climb down, and then toss in some tear gass and flash/bang cannisters until he complied? Not attempting to judge the SPPD..just curious..
From what I’ve read on other threads the Marshall went up first and the perp got his gun from him and took out the SPPD officers. The Marshall lived, and I believe he’s the one they went in to rescue with the SWAT team.
