Less than one month before a gunman went on a bloody rampage in suburban Tucson, killing six and wounding 13, a similarly gruesome scene played out in a dark canyon just outside the city. Bandits armed with AK-47s attacked a group of U.S. Border Patrol agents, including Brian Terry, a three-year veteran of the force, who was shot in the back and killed.

This is the “Black Pathers With Billy Clubs Are OK At Polling Places” DOJ, so you’d better wait at least 2 more years for any kind of justice.
Holder will probably suggest holding a trial in Mexico.
4 in custody, one at large, only charged with immigration violations so far. Yes, it will be good to see them charged with murder but let’s not rush the case for appearances sake which seems to be the push here.
Headline hype as I see it. The FBI doesn't bring charges like you indicated anymore than detectives in local enforcement units bring charges.
The article indicates that they have four in custody and the investigation isn't complete. I understand the family wanting more info as they don't know the details of a lot of the events surrounding the shooting. They are grieving and can't find answers and that is understandable.
A trial in Mexico? That’s right—and why not? For the bunch occupying the WH there are no borders.
Borders and states are an anachronism. Everywhere.
They are probably on immigration holds...once they file charges, they have to be ready to proceed to prosecution. Obviouly they went to get it right.
Now as far as patroling the border, do we not have an enforceable border between the Norks and S. Korea? Seems to me we can do it here, just takes the will to do it. Put out the mines, sound and movement sensors, areas of razor wire and back it up with a few hundred M-60s. Problem solved.
It has been disturbing to observe the unequal regard by the media between the Tucson massacre and the cold blooded killing of the rancher in southern Arizona, the border guard deaths whose numbers of murders are increasing, and the Fort Hood massacre. The outrage over Tucson has produced a sustained reaction from every human in Congress with the potential for leaving a lasting mark on discourse.
What small squeak of meaningful response has been produced from the the rancher’s helpless death, the political correctness that buoyed the killer Muslim to massacre unarmed soldiers, and the border guards.

And keep out of the future Rat voters??
Never happen.
You know, between this shooting, the two miami cops killed last week and today’s two dead cops in St. Pete, 4 cops shot in their station last night in Detroit, I think we need to recast the old slogan bring em in dead or alive or shoot first and ask questions later. This has gotten out of hand.
BTW, all these shootings were done by people who had no business having firearms, armed felons or non citizens, so i have to wonder why we need more anti gun laws. We should require every non felon to own, know how to use and keep a firearm handy instead.
Ah so right on target. The Black panther DOJ would not dare offend the poor Mexican nationals who are only coming here to do the work the Executive Office says Americans are unwilling to do. It seems the news reports more cop killings/or their being shot since Obama became President Maybe this is the private Army Obama was speaking of.
Ping!
