Can anyone really be a refugee for 40 years?
I have friends who have been refugees for some 30-odd years. Most if not all have become naturalized American citizens, but their longing for home has not been greatly diminished.
Some day when they have a new government it is my wish to tour their homeland, a place of great beauty, camera in hand.
But until the day they return home, we will continue to be enriched and blessed by their presence here.
