White House official: Obama will tackle 'very important issue' of gun control

A White House senior adviser said Tuesday night that President Obama is "going to address [gun control]."

In an interview with NBC's Brian Williams, David Plouffe responded to criticism that the president did not mention gun control in his State of the Union address. Some Democrats on Capitol Hill and gun-control advocates have called for new legislation in the wake of the deadly shooting that killed six and injured Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Ariz.) earlier this month.

Plouffe said Obama's speech on Tuesday was focused on the economy. He added that the president has been clear on his views on gun control, citing Obama's position of reinstating the expired assault weapons ban.

The income tax is defacto slavery. Property rights in this country are not respected. Property ownership is nothing but a cruel joke.

At this point, the guns are just a bulwark against outright genocide.

We have a communist country because no one wants to vote for people that will actually reduce the size of government to its constitutional limits and when a politicians talks about property rights, natural rights or other “confusing” things, they are called “kook” and “crazy”.

Flash Suppressors
Folding Rifle Stocks
'Pistol Grips' on Rifle and Shotgun stocks
and Ted Kennedy's old fave ......
'Cop-Killer Bullets' (which never went anywhere)

And to really, really, REALLY go for the Gold ...(drum roll) ... High Capacity Magazines (we knew that one was coming).

However. If I may inform you -- right now many, many, MANY, semi-auto handguns now come STANDARD with those 'non-sporting' use, evil, high capacity magazines.

Yep that's right Barry. Basically every firearm manufacturer that makes a semi-auto, makes High-Capacity Magazine models. And if you ban those you'll be putting THOUSANDS of people OUT OF WORK. in English, that's called a 'Job Killer' (oops is that dangerous Vitriol that may set off some lunatic?)

Oh. While your at it you may as well Ban the .50cal BMG too. As DICK Durbin & Chuck the Schmuck will tell you Terrorists are buying those caliber rifles by the tens of thousands from gun shows across America. After all, what terrorist doesn't have a NINE Thousand dollars laying around to plunk down for a .50cal Barrett M82 rifle.
