I don’t know if this guy did what he was accused of to this 12 year old, but his behavior when he was release before certainly seems to imply this guy may well be a predator and the Parole board may have been absolutely right not to grant him release.

Hopefully no ones daughter will have to find out that this guy is indeed a predator.

Tookey is out of prison and does legwork for Citizens for Limited Taxation and Government. He is listed as a Level 3 Sex Offender on the City of Malden’s Police web-site. The Fells Acres case is taught in Criminal Justice programs and law school as how NOT to conduct such an investigation. Now, former WRKO yakker Reese Hopkins is finally getting a trial on February 9, 2011 after being behind bars since October of 2008 on an outrageous rape charge that could not have happened because he was in a pool in Manchester CT when the accuser said it happened in NYC. The defense has the pool passes he signed for. The ADA wanted to put a Gag order on me for talking to the press after talking on the phone with Reese. She also wanted all outside contact cut of from him. Welcome to Cuba!

So, you do not believe that the rape of children is a crime that severely, negatively and permanently maims the confidence and mental health of the victim and his/her family, his/her chances of having a normal family and descendents of his/her own, and the general safety of society?

Try this reading if you will:

“Fixing (old) umbrellas that he would (then) offer to women stranded (without umbrellas) in rainstorms.”

At least that’s how I read it.

A reasonable interpretation. Makes him seem more like a businessman and less like a creep than my interpretation. Too bad they don’t have DNA from the 1966 murder scene.
