Sure you can.

Uh I’m not “working” on anything. George Schultz and others are.

But do you really want to compare spying for Israel to carrying arms for the Taliban post 9/11 against the US and spying for the Soviets during the Cold War?

My feelings that Pollard has been treated unfairly treatment stem from people like you comparing incomparable acts of treason.

..............

John Walker 20 years, 17 with good behavior - carried arms for the Taliban against US forces

Aldrich Ames, life sentence - spied for Soviets during critical Cold War period, caused death of several CIA assets, by his own admission compromised most of the CIA Soviet agents he knew

Robert Hanssen, life sentence, spied for Soviets during critical Cold War period, caused surveillance tunnel under new Soviet Embassy to be revealed, gave Soviets list of all double agents

Maybe you can clear up for me which countries that little weasel Pollard was a “spy” for - - was it Israel, Pakistan, South Africa, Australia, or some other nation Pollard SOLD or tried to SELL classified US secrets to?

Pollard, born and raised in the United States, was a “spy”... LMAO!!
Are you a moron, or do you just play one on Free Republic?

And you never answered the question - - why all your interest in Pollard?
After all, it was you who posted this thread and you who apparently wants the traitor released.

Uh... in your scenario about the traitor John Walker Lind you conveniently left out the part about J. Pollard getting American's and agents working on behalf of US Intelligence agencies killed due his treason.

Declassified Statement on Jonathan Pollard by Caspar W. Weinberger

In so doing, he both damaged and destroyed policies and national assets which have taken many years, great effort and enormous national resources to secure. Moreover, in light of the defendant’s continued disclosures of sensitive information for publication by the press, there is ample cause to believe that Pollard will continue to divulge classified national defense information without restraint.
