verbal diarrhea from Limbaugh is nothing new of course, the four times married, prescription pain killer drug addled paragon of perfection presumes to lecture all Americans on morality and proper behavior.
Rush Limbaugh among others is calling again for Obama to produce the long form of his birth certificate to prove he was born an American.
It is a sad reflection that after the Gabbie Giffords shooting that he and his fellow pundits are back beating this dead horse one more time.......
.
The right wing web was aflame yesterday with stories that Hawaii governor Neil Abercrombie had not found the version of Obama's birth certificate , though Abercrombie himself had said nothing on the topic.
It is the kind of issue that will doom Republicans in 2012, a relentless drumbeat of lies, speculation and pure fantasy.
Back in the Clinton era it was who killed Vince Foster, a tragic figure who committed suicide.
Clinton used those crazy tactics to forge two successful runs at the presidency.
Obama should do the same now, corral these conspiracy theorists especially Rush Limbaugh, as the intolerant face of the Republican Party as he heads into election 21012.
.
.
Shouldn't we all just move on?

Palate:
You actually went through that much trouble to correct the spelling of a word?
You got too much time on your hands.
He didn't, of course.
He was murdered.

Thanks. I’m getting it now. I’ll listen after Limbaugh.
OK.
Penumbra doctrine is used to represent implied powers that arise from a specific rule, and extending the meaning of the rule into its periphery or penumbra. For example, privacy rights without government intervention is implied from First Amendment of the U.S. constitution.
So, the penumbra extends however far the (liberal) plaintiff needs to condemn the (conservative) defendant, is that the gist?
Who needs shari'a ?
Yes, read, understand and ask jbjd about her material, then write your state representatives and senators. jbjd is a teacher and lawyer.
GA and TX have eligibility laws on the books already. Texas probably has the best eligibility laws of all states. See the model letters on complaint on the side bar at jbjd’s site. Several citizens from these states (at least 100 from TX alone) filed letters of complaint to their state Attorney’s General. We need more citizens to file complaints!

Do you know how the BO campaign got America to believe the birth certificate image was for real legally? ...Political advertising!
The ‘Fight the Smears’ web page with the image of a birth document is a political advertisement and conforms with U.S. Code 441.d, Publication and distribution of statements and solicitations. This code section deals with campaign funding, reporting and other parameters but does not require the material to be truthful by the person advertising. Political advertising is legal even if the advertiser does not tell the truth. In Edenfield v. Fane (91-1594), 507 U.S. 761 (1993), the Supreme Court said this in regard to the First Amendment right to freedom of speech and advertising;
But the general rule is that the speaker and the audience, not the government, assess the value of the information presented.
The campaign threw up an eye-catching wizardry of a political advertisement displaying graphics for visual impression, displaying statements of impression such as native born and the candidates status as a citizen by the 14th Amendment and solicitations of impressions to donate now and tell others, all for the truth about the candidate.
The state of Hawaii has not ever stated that the online image was issued by them as the ‘issuing authority’ of a genuine ‘identification document’. The political ad by the campaign did not provide any further information verifying that the image came from the Hawaii Department of Health, Vital Records. The original online newspaper and fact checking organizations (L.A. Times, Daily Kos, Annenberg Political FactCheck, Politifact) who received the image from the campaign said they received the image from the campaign.
So therefore, the online image of the birth document means nothing...
...except that many many Americans were duped into believing the image was for real including our own state and national public officials!

Let your state representatives and senators know this too!
Alcohol is God’s way of making sure the Irish don’t rule the world. Looks like it worked its magic on Patrick.
On this same show ,this morning, they had on a guy who pitches something called Nature B.E.E.. He calls in daily from Hawaii. The hosts brought up the birth certificate controversy and he outright said that he knew Obama. He said that they went to school together and that O was definitely born in Hawaii and named the hospital(can’t remember which one). That was it, case closed but he offered absolutely NO PROOF.
Isn’t it odd that there are no people coming out and speaking of Obama during his high school and college years. Presidents Clinton and Bush had friends. Where are Obama’s? The biggest PROOF is the silence.

Very strange indeed. Every Tom, Dick and Harry was a Friend of Bill.
Very few pictures too.
Another sex worker.
>>>So, the penumbra extends however far the (liberal) plaintiff needs to condemn the (conservative) defendant, is that the gist?<<<
Yes!
But wait, there’s more:
The doctrine is derived from a manifestation that occurs during a solar eclipse, to wit, when the moon passes in front of the sun, a shaddow is created called an “umbra”, but there is a secondary shaddow called the “penumbra”— and it is this penumbra that grants rights that otherwise are not contained in the Constitution-—like the right to sodomize and the right to kill babies in the womb, for example....
Seriesly.
I agree with you. I just couldn’t decide if the guy posting that was upset at Rush or what. Maybe I’m just not reading it right. Rush has as much right to talk about it as anyone.
. . . and then walk all the way back to his car and plant the stove mitten with blood on it, then walk all the way back to the burm and lay himself down, making sure the pistol was hanging by his thumb instead of his index finger. Yeah, makes perfect sense for investigators to say it was a suicide.
Didn’t Vince Foster commit suicide by shooting himself in the BACK of the head?
Wow! Name-calling, personal attacks, and a sick attempt to link this question to the Phoenix shootings - all in the first couple of lines.
We must really have them scared.
C’mon. It was kinda clever.
