The Bible has some pretty good descriptions of the Left and the End Times.
I turned it off and this MTV revamp is a even bigger mess.

There are also disturbing “Skins” ads all throughout the subway system here in New York depicting one kid appearing to be stoned. His eyes are droopy and blood shot.

Because without those that do endure the daily self-inflicted punishmient, the rest of us that don’t engage in it wouldn’t know jus how incredibly insane those witches are, Elizabeth Hassleback notwithsatanding.

What I want to know is, Where are the parents of these children? Do they know their child is in these shows? If not, why not?
If they know, they too should be charged with contributing to their delinquency.
If they don't know: They should prosecute & SUE MTV.
I can't imagine as a parent learning that my child did these things, and on Nat'l TV.
To add a reference to Brave New World to your reference to 1984, they think encouraging the children in their sex play is a societal good.

If there is no God, there is no sin. And if human urges, in and of themselves, are not sinful, then why would sexuality be improper at any age? As Obama says, sin is a state of being inconsistent with "MY values."
This whole matter seems like just one more head-on collision between atheists/agnostics/secular humanists and those who believe in God.
Of course, to those who believe in God...understanding of the human animal is an extension of what God tells us about our sinful nature. We understand how disobeying his laws about sexual behavior leads to the erosion of the psyche, destruction of a man's character, and indeed significant impoverishment of the soul itself.
In this matter of pornography, we see where the worlds collide. There is no reconciliation IMHO between those who believe and those who do not.
As an aside, psychiatrists and therapists who deal with sexual addiction tend to agree with God, even when they refuse to recognize His existence. They understand that human sexuality is not a toy and certainly not something to be toyed with by immature people. It is a powerful human urge. It can destroy a person as surely as drugs or alcohol abuse.
This is just one more example of where the Left has fallen prey to its own permissiveness. The Left's understanding of human nature is too immature and myopic to be used as a template for constructive living.
