You are illustrating exactly why my son after 13 years, is coming out disgusted with the wishy-washy convoluted "disciplinary" measures, just as you described to a "t". B4Ranch, I'm assuming that by "off limits" you mean "rules" imposed by commanding officers, JCS, etc., the UCMJ still stands regardless, or did someone repeal ART 125 while I was asleep?

ART. 125. SODOMY Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy. Penetration , however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense.

These days, I doubt if it is being enforced unless it occurs outdoors during the daytime in front of witnesses with cameras.
