Yep. Not severable. The judge says the whole damned thing—3000 pages or whatever it is—is unconstitutional.
Hallellujiah! We still need to defund and repeal it, while the Big O appeals this decision. But it should make it a lot harder for them to slide things through that are harder to reverse.

The appeal will go to the 11th Circuit first, which will take 1-2 years.
The Obama justice department does NOT want to fast-track the appeal to the USSC because they are hoping Justice Kennedy will retire or die, allowing BO to get his 5th vote for this monstrosity.
The 2012 election is still critical.
