They did not provide birth control or abortions or advice to underage prostitutes (in the instance we are talking about).

As I replied to someone else, if they have committed a crime, then charge them. I doubt the videos in question are proof of criminality.

I don’t like them, but that alone doesn’t make them criminals.

I don’t like them getting my tax dollars, and that’s a political problem.

Is it against the law to provide birth control or abortion advice to underage prostitutes?

In NY there are charges that would apply. But not sure about the jurisdiction that they are in.

“Is it against the law to provide birth control or abortion advice to underage prostitutes?”

1. I don’t know, but I doubt it.
2. They didn’t do that (in the instance we are talking about).

When I originally found the Planned Parenthood website targeted for teens, it was linked to a popular teen magazine. The PP website had a page that helped teens find a way to obtain abortions without parental/guardian knowledge. They also discouraged any parents from registering with the site itself. The advice page for pregnancy “I am pregnant...Now what?” was down today.
Now there is another teen Planned Parenthood website called Take Care Down There.

A soccer coach (OH), a father (also OH), a stepfather (CA) and an abductor (in CT) all brought underage girls into Planned Parenthood clinics for forced abortions and nothing was done to alert authorities at the time of those abortions (one was a late-term abortion done on a 13 year old).
These are all documented cases.

PP did not provide abortions? They are America's largest single abortion provider. THEY DO ABORTIONS. Now they don't do that at every single site but they got plenty of sites where they do the job.

It's pretty obvious they are an adjunct to the child prostitution business in this country.

I hope you didn't think these were nice people. They aren't! They kill babies for a living and appear to be prepared to do anything else you might want.

DEFUND PLANNED PARENTHOOD Urge Congress to move the Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act to the floor for immediate consideration.

TALKING POINTS-----PLANNED PARENTHOOD RAP SHEET: How taxpayers subsidize this oddball organization's peculiar fixation w/ genitalia. PP is suspected of aiding and abetting (1) underage sex abuse, and, (2) government fraud.

<><><> Planned Parenthood has long been suspected of participating in cover-ups----- performing abortions on underage teens who were impregnated by older males. PP clinicians may have covered up sexual abuse of underage teens by falsifying federal documents in order to receive federal funds for performing underage abortions. That would be classified as government fraud -- tax funding not allowable under federal law.

<><><><> The US Inspector General found that NJ Planned Parenthood falsified Medicaid claims to get their hands on $2.9 million they were not entitled to.

<><><><> Planned Parenthood of the Inland Northwest will pay the state $345,000 after settling a 2009 audit that uncovered the clinic used incorrect codes and provided insufficient documentation for some claims billed to Medicaid. The original audit finding estimated the Spokane family-planning organization improperly billed Medicaid more than $629,000 for 333 patient procedures from March 2004 through February 2007. During that time, the clinic collected about $7.6 million from Medicaid.

Pro-Life Victory: KS Supreme Court Allows Planned Parenthood Criminal Case to go Forward

TOPEKA, Kansas, October 15, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) - The Kansas Supreme Court ruled today that the mammoth 107-count criminal case against Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri may move forward and remanded the case back down to the Johnson County District Attorney's Office for prosecution.

"This is a huge victory for the cause of life," said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman, whose group has worked for years to bring Planned Parenthood to justice. "Now it is up to the Johnson County District Attorney to do the right thing and prosecute Planned Parenthood to the fullest in the interest of justice and in the interest of public safety."

The charges were filed in 2007 by then-District Attorney Phil Kline, who had investigated Planned Parenthood and George Tiller for illegal late-term abortions during his tenure as State Attorney General. --SNIP--
