Any fill to repeal the individual mandate will require 6votes for closure. The Democrats in he Senate, will most likely make sure the vote stays just shy of that. That way they protect Obama and at the same time let 10-13 Rats have a cover vote.

John Tester (D-MT) is a pompous ass and will be unseated by Denny Rehberg (R-MT) who now holds Montana’s one at-large House seat. Tester has an A rating from the NRA but the good news stops there. Don’t fall for his down home ‘I’m just a good ole’ boy farmer’ shtick. He’s a loathsome liberal of the lowest caliber. We locals know better.
The only person of significance in this state that is possibly worse is our Governor, Brian Schweitzer. He is more ambitious than even Tester and spews a raft of putrid bile toward anyone that deigns to disagree with him,
Someday I’ll tell you what I really think of him.
The bill was passed with no debate and no consent.
The repeal should be the same.
Where were they last year when it would have mattered?

No cover. They have not earned it.
Maybe their votes last week buried them in negative mail?
It would be good if we can turn a handful of them. That is all that is needed now.
Then it goes to Obama’s desk so he can own it lock stock and barrel - just waiting to bite him in 2012.
