FRANKFORT (AP) - Hundreds of demonstrators braved freezing temperatures outside the Kentucky Capitol on Tuesday to protest to a bill aimed at jailing illegal immigrants.

"It's senseless," said Panama native Vivian Marin, who now lives in Kentucky. "It's senseless," said Panama native Vivian Marin, who now lives in Kentucky. "Kentucky is a very diverse state. If we allow for a bill to pass here similar to the one in Arizona, it would be a tragedy."

"If we allow for a bill to pass here similar to the one in Arizona, it would be a tragedy."

On the other hand, one person's tragedy is another's step in the right direction.

This goes for illegals as well as pro-Islamist Muslims in America who seem unable to assimilate to our heritage, history, and values. As more states realize that PC baloney on illegals and other people groups who hate America should be legislated against, Kentucky will not be the last to legislate against any type of illegal immigrant whether they come from the ME or some Latin area. Illegal is illegal. Period.

If the Rule of Law is broken, no one is safe; not in public nor in private.

That is why Mexico is a failed nation. Laws aren’t enforced objectively.

“It’s senseless,” said Panama native Vivian Marin, who now lives in Kentucky.

Solution to the nation’s problem with illegals: Send all illegals to Panama native Vivian Marin’s house, who now lives in Kentucky.

Hmmm, don’t think that is exactly right. People have basic rights which the constitution protects and they are not limited to citizens. Elected representatives should pay little or no attention to non-citizen demonstrators but they do have a right to protest.

That was not at issue. But even they are protected by the US Constitution. They cannot be shot down in the streets arbitrarily. Arrest, deport, hear, hear!
