I have not heard “his people” saying it. I have heard various MSM sources saying it.

Same thing, really.

And they have done VERY well.

The track record is very clear on this. When Obama came into office every gun manufacturer went on backorder (after they jacked up their prices). Ammunition was scarce as the shelves went bare. And most recently, just try to find a high capacity magazine -- anywhere.

“Push pole” is a more accurate description of what the MSM is trying to do to the citizenry.

Gun control is a no-win for Obama any way you look at it. Go Constitutional with it and his base will go ballistic; stand for it and his opponents have additional “ammunition” for his removal.

I love how they can quote Helmke, McCarthy, Feinblatt, and M.A.I.G., with NOT ONE position coming from a pro-gun source. Typical anti-gun BS hitpiece...

"He has a failing record when it comes to gun rights, and that's what our members and gun owners and hunters across the country know," says NRA public-affairs director Andrew Arulanandam. "I also think they don't trust him."
