Gov. Deval Patrick denied higher political ambitions today despite boosting his national political profile by meeting with the Democratic National Committee chairman last night about buddy President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign and announcing a high-profile junket to England and Israel.

Questions about climbing the political ladder came as Patrick discussed recently reported details of his autobiographical book that he said was about “life lessons."

Well...if Hillary says no to the VP job (she just smile as she says it)...then Patrick would move up to the five candidates to consider. Joe Biden is out completely and the optimistic crowd has hopes pinned on Hillary accepting. With Hillary running and Palen likely as the opposition...you’d have to give the President a 50-50 chance of winning.

I recall meeting in Lexington with a gentlemen about 4 years or so ago; this guy was a die hard liberal Democrat and voted D all his life. I asked him about Patrick and his answer was that he would NEVER vote D again after Patrick...

He’d better have higher ambitions. Being the slush in the bottom of a Georgia outhouse can give you no other path than UP!

Deval "Arnold to Obama's Willis" Patrick barely managed to get reelected with a mere plurality of votes three months ago (he won with 48% in a three-way race). He'll also need a stepstool for "higher ambitions":

Like his pal Obammy, Patrick does not accept that Whites have equal rights to minority races.

When he headed up the Civil Rights Division under Clintoon’s administration he told the crowd of lefties in Boston - don’t worry! There are more people with civil rights than there are white men.

This was during the fight over equal employment rights and equal rights under the law. We won in the courts which determined white men do have equal “civil rights” with everyone else. But Patrick refused to recognize the court decisions and continued promoting discrimination and the official demonization of White American men. He is a black radical.
