# The nonpartisan analysis of an audit conducted by Ernst & Young on the balance sheets of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for FY2010, was included in HHS’s FY 2010 Agency Financial Report, dated November 15, 2010. The audit revealed concerning conclusions, among the many findings were the following:
* HHS Is Not In Compliance With Federal Financial Management Law. According to the HHS Inspector General’s review of Ernst & Young’s financial audit of HHS, “HHS's financial management systems are not compliant with the Federal Financial Management Improvement Act of 1996.” * Nearly $2 Billion Taxpayer Dollars Are Stuck in Limbo. “As of September 30, 2010, the audit identified approximately 102,500 transactions totaling an approximate $1.8 billion that were more than 2 year s old without activity.” * Nearly $800 Million Dollars “Could Not Be Explained” Differing Between HHS’ Records and Treasury Department Records. “Based on our review and discussions with management, we noted differences of $794 million that could not be explained.”

so $800 million is missing...who’s asking questions as to where it is because I’m sorry “could not be explained” is not satisfactory to me. I’d never get away with that line with the irs, don’t see why they should.
You and I would NEVER get away with 1/100th of what our Oligarchs do. they basically are daring We the People to “do something” about it.
Hillary Clinton goes to a primary school in New York to talk about the world. After her talk, she has a “question and answer” period. One little boy raises his hand and Hillary asks him for his name.

“And what is your question, Kenneth?”
“I have three questions: First, whatever happened to your medical health care plan? Second, why would you run for President after your husband shamed the office? And third, whatever happened to all those things you took when you left the White House?”
Just then the bell rings for recess. Hillary Clinton informs the children that they will continue after recess. When they resume Hillary says, “Okay where were we? Oh, that’s right, question time. Who has a question?” A different little boy puts his hand up. Hillary points to him and asks him for his name.
“Larry.”
“And what is your question, Larry?”
“I have five questions: First, whatever happened to your medical health care plan? Second, why would you run for President after your husband shamed the office? Third, whatever happened to all those things you took when you left the White House? Fourth, why did the recess bell go off 20 minutes early? And fifth, what happened to Kenneth?”

I’m sure Mr Tarp Ryan can fix this by not cutting their money. Dang!!!!
well i’m sure the new republican house can reclaim this by defunding Obamacare to the tune of $794 million for starters.

I just sent this article off in email to my GOP senator, Johanns. Said this needs to be thoroughly investigated.
They finally figured where his ‘stash’ is.
Good thing there is no fat in gov’t that can be cut from the budget.
Could it have been stolen so to speak via the fraud that is more than likely permeated within this Regime.
