11 year old drug addicted well-armed prostitutes would not violate the Constitution would they?

Thats why we elect lawmakers, to MAKE LAWS.

But the laws themselves MUST be within the confines of the relevant Constitution.
Your example of a “11 year old drug addicted well-armed prostitutes” is fairly amusing, and they would [very likely] violate the Constitution, being minors and forced into prostitution is a form of slavery; further, the States *DO* have legal powers above and beyond the federal government (hence the 9th and 10th Amendments) and most ALL of what you said in your example could/should be addressed by State law.
