MANASSAS, Va. -- A Salvadoran man who was ordered deported nearly a decade ago but never left has been charged with three counts of first-degree murder in a series of shootings and a knife attack in a Virginia suburb of Washington, authorities said Friday.
Jose Oswaldo Reyes Alfaro, an illegal immigrant, was charged in the pair of attacks blocks apart Thursday night that left three people dead and three others injured, Manassas Police Chief Doug Keen said.

When someone is deported, are they simply handed a letter and expected to leave on their own? Are they driven/escorted to the airport by ICE?

Agree. All military, past and present who took the oath to defend our Constitution from enemies, both foreign and domestic, should march on the Capitol and demand that the military be posted on our borders to stop the invasion of our country. If we can guarantee the borders of South Korea for 50 years, we definitely should guarantee our own.
He was likely forced to do these acts because of all that pressure he was under for being 'undocumented'. If he was only given amnesty he'd prolly be working as a Physicist as Los Alamos, or a Law Professor at Harvard or Yale.
