One of three men accused in a September armed robbery at a medical marijuana clinic in downtown Ann Arbor has pleaded guilty to various charges in the case.

Terrence Robinson, 34, of Detroit, pleaded guilty Thursday in Washtenaw County Court to armed robbery, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, unlawful imprisonment and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

He also pleaded no contest to resisting and obstructing police officers, Washtenaw County Chief Deputy Assistant Prosecutor Steve Hiller said.

Police said Robinson and two other men robbed the Liberty Clinic on South Main Street at gunpoint at 8 p.m. Sept. 30, using duct tape to bind people inside as they stole cash, marijuana and at least one cell phone. Officers responded and took the men into custody after a struggle, police said. The clinic has since closed.

Good for them...maybe this drug distribution operation will shut down (especially if more of their buddies drop by).

The liberals may not have a problem will illegal drugs, but at least these guys might put an end to it.

(and sorry, ‘Medical MJ’ is simply a code term for MJ pushing)

Well said Bob. Soros is behind the legalization movement.

It’s a high dollar operation in a seedy section of town. Easy pickin’s for a robber, like a liquor store.

For years I was told if pot was decriminalized it would cause a reduction in crime. . . . guess this isn't the case.

I remember this story.

The people who suffer from debilitating illnesses manage to climb the stairs to the second story clinic only to be forced to kick the crap out of the robbers. LOL

Good for armed robbers? Hysterical.

Guess you cheer when liquor stores are robbed too.

Most of those pot heads aren’t really as sick as they seem.
