If I am not mistaken in Glenn's book “Broke” he alludes to HHS in a chart. I have it book on disc for listening, so I can't provide as much detail as I like to all here on FR. If my memory is correct from his show HHS spends in a month as much as most Fedzilla Depts spend in a year, it is frightening. Gobs of Welfare type programs are co-mingled under the HHS umbrella. Many of which are going to be a nightmare to disassemble or cutback as the lame stream media howls we are going to starve grandma and eat her cat, bla bla bla....
