That piece of crap medal means nothing now, maybe it did at one point since its inception but now its 2 million points lower than the useless Nobel Piece of Prize after they were politicized versus awarded on merit, and accomplishments versus good ole boy celebrity status....(Did I say Boy ?)

I get two resumes on my desk, one says military service and scouting. The other is for this Medal of Freedumb and the Nobel Piece of Prize...guess whose resume gets tossed into the round file ?

Gonna take this nation decades, if ever, to recover from the damage these idiots have burdened us with.......doom on em all !

I would think sworn enemies of the state and those who seek to co-opt it would not be too high on the list..

Athletes, artists, musicians, even dancers and poets, fine. but geesh..

Even a founder of the Sierra Club says global varming is just so much hot hooey! but there is the NRDC and a stalwart of the union thug scene for years.. enough to make ya barf.

On the NRDC: Frances Beinecke is the current President...On June 14, 2010, Beinecke was appointed by Barack Obama to the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling in the wake of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.[13]

Clearly Obama likes this environmental activist organization.

OK, the others were bad enough, but Maya Angelou? Good heavens, how much more insanity must we endure?

Nah, they couldn’t hit a curveball or block a shot like Stan the Man or Bill Russell.
