This guy looks like a complete lightweight who knows his job is to shill for Obama, but you are right that he can only look like an idiot when he is forced to defend the Obama line that at some point Obama's budget "does not add to the debt" when in fact it DOES add to the debt. These guys are so lost in their Orwellian double-speak that the result is painful to watch.
