It would be interesting to know where the hell they think that lost capacity will come from.

Hopefully from nowhere.

No utility in the business, should sell the state power at any price. They can be self sufficient or freeze in hell, an oxymoron of the first order, not unlike killing a power plant you might need.

PS I didn’t bother reading the article because I’m rushing to get out the door for work, so if I missed anything just ping me to the important stuff, and thanks in advance. Not you Oregon.

Well, I'm in Oregon. This article that you didn't read was about a coal plant in WASHINGTON being DEBATED in OLYMPIA. Next time you don't read the article, please try to not tell an entire state not to reply to you, wherever it is you're from. You won't look so ignorant next time, FRiend.
