The difference is having the intelligence, the civilissification, the HUMANITY, to understand the conditions in another persons life that would make a (presumably) young girl dress like a slut.
Anyone male who would harm a woman or child isn’t really a MAN. Not in my world.
The thing is, IMO, it takes a man to teach a boy how to be a man.
It takes a woman (IMO) to teach a girl how to be a woman.
Any variance in the aforementioned will produce some deviations.

Does he think that only young women who wear mini-skirts and wander around streets at night are rape victims? Rape never ocurred in the old days when women wore full-length dresses and long sleeves? Rape never occurs in the daytime? To old women? To unattractive women? What advice does he have for women who are raped in their own homes?
Sure, dressing like sluts doesn’t justify rape but it is inviting rape for sure.

I recently completed an Army on line safety course. One of the largest contributing factors to rape of females in the Army is alcohol. 85% of rapes in the off duty females was due to the female being drunk, agreeing to sex, and then realizing what happened when she sobered up.
