The verse you quote is nowhere to be found in the Bible...

Romans 12:9 "Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good"
"Hate the sin and not the sinner" (Mohandas Gandhi's 1929 autobiography).
So basically you are quoting a Ahimsa religion.
Where does the Word tell you to hate sinners? Without compassion for them, how can one witness? Love God Hate Sin.
I don't consider St Augustine to be Ahimsa....and it comes from a letter written by St Augustine, later used by Gandhi.
I don't know what religiion you follow, but you seem to think it is our duty to judge and mete out punishment for sin......sounds islamic to me.
