Given the fact he waxed the floor with this guy, you can expect MSNBC talking heads and their ilk to rehash his Taji, Iraq interrogation incident.
That incident makes him even more appealing to me!

West, who had completed almost 22 years of active service, was charged with violating articles 128 (assault) and 134 (general article) of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. He was processed through an Article 32 hearing in November 2003, where he stated “I know the method I used was not right, but I wanted to take care of my soldiers” and was fined $5,000. LTC West accepted the judgment and retired with full benefits in the summer of 2004. Asked if he would have act differently if under similar circumstances again, West testified, “If it’s about the lives of my soldiers at stake, I’d go through hell with a gasoline can.”
This brought tears to my eyes ... to know that there is at least ONE congress person who gets it, and who isn’t afraid to tell it like it is. I would have loved working for an officer like LTC West! This man MUST be considered for the Presidency sooner rather than later.

Personally, I have no problem with it. Nevertheless, you can believe it will be brought up if West becomes a more prominent figure.

I think the path from House to Senate to WH makes alot of sense.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone who would “go through hell with a gasoline can” for us? Personally, I belive that PC is done. We have put a target on our weakened country because of our apologetic President. West loves America as much as Reagan did. Boy, could we use someone like that right now!
I know they will try to rip him apart but I think he is up to it. The media has outed itself as the arm of the DNC, I don’t pay much attention to them now.
I am really liking this guy.
I would have no problem voting for him in 2012, should I get the choice to.
