Only 2%, what a bargain if you are a third world country with no GDP.

If the UN ever gets any sort of global taxation authority, we are screwed.

If stealing only 2% of our income would “would boost jobs and economic growth,” just think how much growth would ensue if we forked over 5%, 10% or even 20% of our income!! Sign me up — it sounds good.

One has to wonder if there exists a more corrupt, deluded institution than the UN.

I won’t even get into the whole ‘global warming vs. fossil fuels’ argument. But...billions of dollars were given to the UN for Haiti and anyone that watches Bill O’Reilly can testify that the money never got there. Why should we give any more money to the UN if all they will do is misappropriate it?

The United Nations will call on Monday for 2% of worldwide income to be invested in the green economy, a move it says would boost jobs and economic growth. create a new class of Mubarak Swiss-bank billionaires.

There. Fixed it.

Given current events, let us not forget that this is the same organization that put Libya in place as chair of their Human Rights Committee. The UN is as batguano insane as Qaddafi, in my book, for having made such a move.

And we want to give them 2% of our ongoing newly created wealth because . . . ?

Can some one tell us what they receive now from us as a % of GPD? I think that is how our payment to them is determined?
