Who is this judge, is she higher than Vinson? One says it’s legal, another says it’s not. Two say it’s illegal, one says it’s not. Which one(s) are right? Good Lord!

It doesn't make any difference if a whole bunch of other judges ruled that Obamacare is legal if they are not in the position to overrule the one judge that ruled it illegal. His ruling that it is illegal stands until it is overruled by a higher court.

That’s what I was wondering. I was wondering if this was some sort of Court of Appeal, or something. It really gets confusing! I had forgotten that there were a number of other lawsuits going on.
