One need only look at who works at USDA to know that discrimination against women and minorities is rare, and most likely, less common than discrimination against white males.

Total waste of money. I am so pissed off right now that I would throw up. I hope the Seniors throw this back in his face when they say Social Security is gone. This 1.3 billion dollars should go into Social Security or the debt and nothing more......What the heck is going on?????

Having farmed does not seem to be a requirement in these redistribution schemes. The number of claims filed under the previous settlement far exceeds the number of black farmers during the time period at issue.

I am tempted myself to apply. Our Gov't has reached the level of idiocy and lawlessness on spending that is equal to someone simply flying over a city, shovelling out $100 bills. Why not go outside and pick up a few?
