Yet, these same churches will STILL vote 95% for Obama.
Obama isn’t worried about that. His being black trumps anything else. When he runs they will be behind him all the way.
They will lightly rebuke him, then they will put their chains back on and get back to work.
So they’ll support some sins but not others. They like Obama’s thou shall covet thy neighbor’s wealth and thou shall steal thy neighbor’s wealth. That is why they supported Obama. Obama’s whole platform is about covetousness, theft and idolatry. The idolatry of looking to government to meet all your needs and solve all your problems. Sins they participated or approved of were OK. Now he has crossed the line. Funny how Christians decide which sins are OK.

They will complain about emotional duress from Obama’s position and will sue the government.
Then Obama will give the black churches billions in payments to help make them whole again.
This Obama attack on the family by giving homosexuals the same rights as the married will not bode well for Obama. Homosexuality is a taboo in Black Communities. There are some homosexuals whom are black, but the number of blacks in a community is minor to the number of white homosexuals.
Remember the bill in California whereby the people of California voted no on some Proposition granting homsexuals the right to marry. I believe the vote was aided by 85% of the blacks voted no and that killed the proposition. the bill was brought to the courts whom decided that the bill was unconstitutional. The people of California will remmber this in 2012 and Obama will probably lose in California. His having an openly gay social director in the White House may get him the gay/lesbian vote but he will lose the black family vote and Obama will go down in history as the only sitting president to be defeated in every of the 50 states. Sure he will get votes in San Francisco,CA; Madison, WI, Minneapolis, MN; Chicago, IL; New York, New York and whatever other city has a high gay population. But the number of gays will not win him the election in any state. he has lost the independent vote in many ways and he will even lose some of the liberals votes because he has went after marriage and the family as a whole. Obama has written his own death notice as a president. the only job he will get now is dog catcher in Chicago, IL, and that is if Rahm Emanuel decides if he is comptetant enough to do that job.

I don’t believe so. Obama has done nothing for the Black Community. What “change” has occurred under his administration to better their lives? He was supposed to be the “hope” to better way of living. Now his reckless abandonment of DOMA will only draw that wedge even deeper. You can look at many different polls and one thing that is consistent is the Black Community feels strongly in their opposition to gay marriage. Some will say well Obama may not get 95% of the vote but he will get 85%. Obama will need to get the turn out he received in 2008 to win. He is losing the support of the youth, independents and seniors (strongest voting block) and any percentage of loss in the Black vote will lessen his chances for a win. Like I said before he took a gamble with this decision and I think he will loose big time.
