Wisconsin Capitol Police Chief Charles Tubbs...

Mr. Tubbs (on screen right, chatting with a protester) seems to be a real law and order kind of fellow. Or not.

They probably did the right thing. These protesters wanted to create a scene where the media would be publishing photos of them being arrested. In fact look how much media coverage they got yesterday just in anticipation of closing of the capitol.

Feb 2, 2009

MADISON (WKOW) — Dane County authorities alleged 19 year old Collin Tubbs of Middleton went on an arson rampage, right after calling his father, state capitol police chief Charles Tubbs.

Police and court documents state chief Tubbs received a phone call from his son around 4 a.m. Feb. 13 before the crimes.

A Middleton police report states the younger Tubbs told his father “someone had shot his (Collin Tubbs) vehicle.”

The report states Collins Tubbs also said he was “ ‘going to take care of it,’ “ and his father encouraged Tubbs to contact police.

But the police report states chief Tubbs did not contact Middleton police himself until an hour and a half later, after the arson fires had been set.

Another Son Of Capitol Police Chief Facing Felony Charges
Tubbs Jr. Charged With 2 Felony Counts

April 9, 2009

MADISON, Wis. — A Madison man is facing two felony counts and up to 46 years in prison after being charged Wednesday in connection with an attempted armed robbery in the city of Madison.

Charles Tubbs Jr., 22, is accused of conspiracy to commit armed robbery and possession of a sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun.

Charles Tubbs Jr. is the son of Capitol Police Chief Charles Tubbs.
The criminal complaint said Tubbs Jr. and another man were driving around Madison with the shotgun on Dec. 8 and had planned to rob a drug dealer when they crashed their vehicle at Monroe Street and Commonwealth Avenue.

Tubbs’ younger son, Collin, 19, is also facing charges in connection with a string of arsons in February.

They probably did the right thing. These people wanted to be seen being dragged out in handcuffs. By not forcibly removing them they lost their camera shots. Once this bill is eventually passed these people will pack up and go home.

>> Yes, but they have been exempted from this bill.

Still, they’re all “brothers”, and union blood is always thicker than righteousness.

Call in Putin to send over his gas police. Recall the theater take over in Moscow? They gassed the hijackers asleep. A few croaked but the better good was served.

The *right* thing would be to allow a noisy counter-protester drum-line inside the capitol building to spend the night at, say, 10PM.

Sounds a bit like Mexico, when the teachers all filled the plaza, APPO and Seccion 22. In the end it is MOB rule, a few horny, angry, loud, mouthy poor souls speak for the silent masses who went to polls to express their sentiment.

No suprise there. The cops are also most likely union too.

Scenes of head-bashing by cops and screaming teachers being tossed into paddywagons are not what we want; that's what the Left and Big Labor want.

Most of these people have jobs in state government, either in Wisconsin or in other states. The way to deal with these sit-in people is through their employers.

maybe there is a simpler solution. The people should stop paying taxes. If they have a sales tax don’t pay it. Stop paying for bad behavior.

I like your style, Mouton! The liberals have trained the masses that being proactive is evil unless, of course, they are the ones doing it for righteousness’ sake.
