John Edwards Took Advantage of 100-Year-Old Woman

JOHN Edwards likes ‘em old.

The disgraced politician took advantage of a wealthy 100-year-old supporter to cover up the fact that he had an out-of-wedlock baby with his mistress, according to a new report.

Interior decorator Bryan Huffman — a key witness in the federal grand jury investigation of Edwards’ presidential campaign — told American tabloid the National Enquirer that John misled Bunny Mellon, the super-wealthy campaign contributor who’s been dubbed the ex-North Carolina senator’s “Sugar Mama.”

“I feel it was a misleading situation and an unfortunate situation,” Huffman said.

“She and I found out — about the girlfriend and the baby — like the rest of the country. We had absolutely no knowledge about them.”

Prosecutors are rushing to record testimony from Mellon because of her advanced age.

Her statement could be used at a federal trial if Edwards is indicted and could potentially send him to jail.

I hope as many doctors as possible can keep 100 year old Mrs. Mellon alive and functioning as long as possible to put Edwards behind bars - it would be doctor-revenge certainly served cold, as many doctors as this phony has sued throughout his career.

As for Mrs Mellon herself, the old adage applies: There's no fool like an old fool.

To paraphrase Obama’s message to the Republicans, “John, erections have consequences.”

No shocker here. In my opinion 95% of the politicians in DC, and in this thug Regime 100%, and elsewhere are taking advantage (and worse) of the American people 24/7!

Interesting to thing of the wide support Edwards had from Dems in the primaries.
I viewed him them exactly as he is now exposed to be, a sugar coating liar and thief.

Scary to think how so many people can be duped as evidenced in November 2008.

HUH? She has to be able to testify, one cannot cross examine a witness if that witness is a one sided grand jury record. They should get on with the indictment and trial ASAP due to her advanced age as her time to testify is very limited.

How about Thornton Mellons wife

Trendy Man: Mr. Melon, your wife was just showing us her Klimt.
Thornton Melon: You too, huh? She's shown it to everybody.
Trendy Man: Well, she's very proud of it.
Thornton Melon: I'm proud of mine too. I don't go waving it around at parties, though.
Trendy Man: It's an exceptional painting.
Thornton Melon: Oh, the painting.

Hi there.

Are you a large person? Pleasantly plump?

A little on the hefty side, perhaps?

Well, let’s face it: Are you FAT?

When you go jogging, do you leave pot-holes?

When you make love, do you have to give directions?

At the zoo, do the elephants throw YOU peanuts?

Do you look at a menu and say ‘OK’?

Well, now, you can eat all you want, because at Thornton Melon’s “Tall & Fat” stores, we’ve got you covered.

That’s right. Fine woolen, and woolen-blend suits and sport coats, in all the larger sizes - husky, stout, extra-stout, and the new Hindenburg line.

And for you ladies we have caftans, muumuus, and our own exclusive A-frame in all colors and patterns. Yes, we have miles and miles of fabric.

So take it from me, Thornton Melon, if you want to look thin, you hang out with fat people.

A millionaire takes advantage of a 100 year old woman. PLUS, he took her money to run for office. Shows just how slimy politicians are.

I agree. I know alot of people who supported him. I would look at them and ask "How? How can you support this oily ambulance chaser? He channeled a fetus in a medical malpractice trial? He's an effing bloodsucking scumbag!"

But they didn't see it that way. He was a champion of the less fortunate. He articulated how there were two Americas - the poor and the Republican. Somehow, he convinced them he was an ally of the downtrodden, with his $600,000,000 - like Bruce Wayne or something.

People should really be stripped of their voting rights when history proves them so utterly and undeniably stupid.

History is full of people who try to gain power by pretending to be a friend to the masses. The Bolsheviks were the masters of that, and it lead to the slaughter of 100 million.

The injudiciousness of the American electorate is a cancer on our republic. Whether we are at stage IV remains to be seen.

“What’s all this fuss I hear about 2008 presidential erections? I know that they erected a monument for Mr. Lincoln and President Washington, but that’s because they’re dead! Hopefully, the 2008 president won’t be dead, so he won’t need and erection!”

“Oh! Never mind!”

“The injudiciousness of the American electorate is a cancer on our republic. “

This foolishness is the end result of moral and cultural collapse, together with government education.
