WI Dems made a PREGNANT WOMAN hide?
Posted by Moe Lane
Tuesday, March 1st at 2:00PM EST

I just found out about this from Fox Nation (via Hot Air), as part of a breaking story that possibly the hiding Wisconsin state senators are starting to crack under the strain of not doing the jobs that they were elected to do:

State Sen. Julie Lassa (D) is pregnant and “extremely unhappy” about being on the run.

Those twisted, sadistic FREAKS in the Wisconsin Democratic party really and truly made a woman with child go into interstate exile for two weeks? So that union bosses could keep unlimited access to funds to fuel their politician (and other prostitutes) habit? That is sick. That is disgusting.

But, you know… that is pretty typical for the Democratic party leadership, too. Heck, we should probably be grateful that they didn’t drop Sen. Lassa off at a Planned Parenthood clinic, complete with a meaningful look.

Of all the Wisconsin Democrats on the run for the last week, one is moving a little more slowly than the others.

State Sen. Julie Lassa is six months pregnant.

Instead of spending her days near her doctor and family, Lassa, 40 (above), is counting down to her due date on the lam in Illinois.

Lassa is one of 14 senators who skipped the state to block a vote on a controversial budget-reduction bill that would strip municipal unions of most of their collective-bargaining powers.

Besides the baby on the way, Lassa has a husband and two small daughters at home.

"I am teaching my daughters who are 6 and 3 that it is very important to do what you can to help your neighbors when people need help," Lassa told a reporter recently.

I don’t feel sorry for her. She and her pals thought this was a cute move. How is it running with the criminal radicals? You get mugged.

I don’t have any sympathy for her. She is a big girl and making her own decision.

She didn’t have to.

No doubt the other Democrats told her she could get an abortion. Now what did they tell her when she threatened to run away?

Did they perhaps suggest they would deal with it.

There's more to this story than "they" are letting on.

The unions are so important to them that they would have a pregnant woman on the run?

I hope nothing goes awry - - they will blame the republicans.

She is the Dem who ran for Congress to replace David Obey and then was defeated by Sean Duffy.

No sympathy here either. She made her choice and she has to live with it. I also don’t think she’s teaching her girls anything except - if you don’t get your own way, take your ball and go home. Great life lesson mom.

She's betraying the democratic process.

Screw her.

she is stupid. She should just go home. If the state troopers come to get her then the press will show cops hauling in a pregnant lady into the chamber. MEDIA FAIL.

Is anyone twisting her arm or holding a gun to her head? She’s “teaching” her daughters! Well, teach away without the weeping.

It’s a little more radical than just quitting a ball game. She is teaching her kids to violate the whole spirit and law of our constitutional repubic when you lose an election majority. She’s holding classes in Fidel 101.

She has chosen to place special interest over doing her duty to protect the tax payers of Wisconsin. I only hope her baby turns out better.

My mommy ran for congress, and then was on the run from congress. (The voice of her child years later)

"State Sen. Julie Lassa (D) is pregnant and “extremely unhappy” about being on the run."

The day I feel sorry for this woman, will be the same day I feel sorry for Monica Lewinsky...

This is unfortunate. Regardless of his cowardice, this must be very hard on her young children and family, and a very stressful situation for her in managing the pregnancy.

Although I wish her a short political career, I do hope she stays well.

I keep wondering who dreamed up and organized the well coordinated exodus conspiracy in the first place and by doing so was it a violation of law.

Can’t the gop senators simply turn up at her house and create a quorum right there and get to vote?
