A case could be made for negligence.
Most repo and tow truck people are ex-con thugs anyways. Thin out that herd anyway you can. Even by a negligent homicide charge.
Like I said, ex-con thugs.
I’ve driven a tow truck and a train. (And a lot of other stuff. No submarines.) Although that train didn’t go very far or fast, the tow truck did.
He didn’t account for where she was. And it’s obvious she was going to be near.
Nope: I am saying the incident was similar.
