Rule of law or anarchy?
Will anarchy and chaos prevail, or will the rule of law ultimately be respected? The answer to that question very well could decide whether this nation stands or slips closer to the abyss of tyranny.
Here is one method. "Class, when representative democracy isn't producing the results you want, you have to make government conform to your rules. Here are some tactics you should use: Fail to show up for work so you can attend a rally in protest. Make sure to obtain an excuse from a fraudulent doctor so you won't miss any pay...Some of you should enter the chamber of the people's statehouse and scare those representatives present with the fear of intimidation, such as screaming 'shame' at the top of your lungs like crazed maniacs.
Here is an alternative. "Class, when representative democracy isn't going your way, roll up your sleeves and participate in government instead of sitting on the sidelines. Here are some tactics: Form groups of like-minded citizens, establish a platform and make your voices known to candidates in the next election. Participate in public debate and, if your position wins over the hearts and minds of a majority of your fellow voters, the newly elected representatives will be sent to the legislative halls to remedy the wrongs you had to painfully watch unfold before you after the last election. You also can challenge the constitutionality of legislation in a court of law where evidence is taken, precedent is argued and justice hopefully prevails. This method is known as the rule of law."
The latter method was the chosen route of the Tea Party folks the left labeled as an "eccentric angry mob." Ponder.

Progressives and Unions = Anarchy
Conservatives and Tea Party = Rule of Law
The Marxist radicals masquerading as progressive humanists have b been exposed. They are fomenting their revolution in America.
Too many laws are causing anarchy.
Anarchy for just long enough that the little socialists, figure out that we Conservatives are the ones with all the guns, being as we are crazy, God Lovin, Gun Toting Hillbillies.
Rule of law based on what? Following orders? Or rule of law based on a solid philosophical grounding in natural rights and property rights?
There are lots of bad laws that I don’t like and don’t want to live under.
Rule of Law means EVERYBODY is subject to the law. UNLESS and until we elect politicians who’s ethics, morals and character supersedes their greed, we will be under their tyranny as we are today. Or we need to reinstate the enforcement of the law our selves by what ever means necessary. There needs to be examples made of those officials and wealthy elites who constantly demonstrate that they and their cronies are not subject to those same laws as the rest of us. The Congress should not be able to exclude themselves from any law or regulation of which they subject the rest of us. Any law enforcement agent should not be subject to discipline or loss of their job for enforcing the law upon an elected official. A superior officer who attempts to do so should themselves be dismissed and prosecuted immediately.
