Might I suggest this salad to go with it?
TOMATO, BASIL, AND MOZZARELLA SALAD
1 lb. lg., red, very ripe tomatoes (2-3 tomatoes)
2 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 leaves fresh basil
2 tsp. olive oil
Dash cracked pepper
Slice tomatoes crosswise into 1/2 inch thick slices; 4 slices per tomato. Arrange 2-3 slices on each salad plate. Sprinkle Mozzarella on top of each tomato. Cut fresh basil leaves into strips and top each tomato with basil. Drizzle olive oil over the tops and add a dash of pepper. Enjoy!
This makes a great summer salad.

(This is my all time favorite salad)
That’s too sad about your seeds. I guess you might as well
wait now till you move, yes?
It will be nice to get it done and move into a spankin’ clean
and freshly painted home. Are you keeping the current one or selling? Wish we could move to Kentucky. :)
BTW, did you see that Jim Robinson may lose his other leg? The prayer thread is here.
That just made me ~~~shiver~~~
Stay warm and cozy, Sis! Have you got a pot o’soup on the stove?
Oh no....
Heading over there now..
*sniff*
Gnight Gang
Stuff like peaks and kale doesn’t care about the temp...apparantly it minds the moisture a bunch.
All the stuff that germinated in the fall and went dormant is leaping out of the ground.
I have heard about them...Will put them on my list.
I need to get seed ordered.
I need to talk to the extension office about what kind of fruit trees will do in the area.
If my slope will support quince..it’s going out.
I’m keeping both of them right now.
You want to move to KY?
No, but I plan to simmer something all day tomorrow..
I hope it warms up by Friday.
That’s Mr Bs birthday, and I don’t want to freeze to death taking him out to dinner!
I had not seen it..
Thanks for the heads up.
((((((((HUG))))))))))
Hi Boss!
Thanks so much for what you did for me!
I wouldn’t mind living there. I’ve heard it’s a beautiful state.
It’s not happening...but it would be nice. :)
It is stunningly beautiful, especially in spring and fall.
I hope it warms up for ya, too.
(EARLY) HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUUUU, MR. B! ((((HUGS))))
LOL
I was looking for some more recipes, and found my own thread out there!
LOL
Too funny!
Maybe we should just get some lobsters and cook them right here!
That actually sounds like more fun!
Your welcome Doll.Have fun:)
