Few people have ever been more deserving of the death penalty.

Hes a 70-year-old man with no previous record, said the attorney”.

So the difference between Dr. Gosnell’s practices and partial birth abortion is what.......??
To: wagglebee
Let's snip his neck with a pair of scissors and then cut off his feet and stick them in jars, and see how he likes it.
But vengeance is mine, saith the LORD... He will stand before a holy God and have to explain his actions. The eternal death penalty.

He certainly is deserving of capital punishment, but there is really no difference between what he was doing and any other abortionist would be doing in a late term abortion. I can see that as his defense.

I'll cheer if he gets sentenced to death, but any actual execution won't happen. Remember, Mumbia the cop killer is still sitting on death row for a heinous crime he committed when I was a little boy.
They should be assigned to room together . . . in hell.

Show the crime scene photos to a jury filled with granola crunching, NPR tote-bag types and they will be hard pressed to declare innocence. This should be a national story. Seeking the death penalty may make it so.

I can see that as his defenseLet's hope he attempts it. This serial-killer of black children really was just doing what other abortionists do.
I'm not seeing a lot of win for abortionists in general from that. This guy could end up being the tipping point for abortion in America:- may Almighty God make it so.

Hes a 70-year-old man with no previous record, said the attorney. And Pennsylvania hasnt carried out an execution in years [since 1999]. The reality is, there will be no death penalty for Mr. Gosnell, so why clog up the court system with a death-penalty case that is death penalty in name only? Sure they have. By allowing this inhuman butcher to ply his trade, the state of PA has allowed the execution of likely hundreds, if not thousands of human beings.

He has lived 70 years—far more than many better men who never killed anyone, let alone multiple infants born alive.
They will never get to live 70 years.
No one gets a pass to murder.

Hey Pennsylvania I''ll do him for free. I have some old .38 ammo Hollow Points I need to use up. Just pay for a round trip plane ticket and cab fare.
Of course my aim may be a little off and I might *accidentally* hit him in both knees and elbows first. After that I'm sure I can get two head shots. Of course I'll have to clean my gun after every two shots, so it could take a while to get to his head.
