(CNN) -- A sailor is accusing the Navy of baselessly trying to discharge him for "unprofessional conduct" in an effort to get around the recent "don't ask, don't tell" repeal, after being found asleep in the same bed with another male sailor.

The sodomites will be up in arms over this, of course, and their sodomite-in-chief will come to their rescue.
Yeah, welcome to the queer navy. Damn Obama, Marxist bastard!
When I was active duty the rule was always one person to a bed. Go get a room if you want to play.
Instead of flipping the race card, it’s the fag card. Not surprised.
Nope, I'm not gonna say it.
Help me here... If a male sailor were to be caught in the bed of a female sailor, would that be frowned upon by the Navy?
Way to handle this stuff is he must have fell over board, let the sharks be the jury.
There was an old Saturday Night Live skit called “The Raging Queen”. It was quite funny at the time.
Just another of many logical inconsistencies with open homosexuals in the military. Get ready for much more massive insanity.
Fire the Admiral.
This is the agenda being put into play - there will be lots more of this, costing money, wasting valuable resources, and ultimately lives.
I'm completely serious.
Yuck. How Michael Jackson of him.
Actually it would. Sexual fraternization, while it happens, is frowned upon, as a breach of order and discipline.
Adultery is also routinely prosecuted, using the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Again, all these things happen all the time...but, those who get caught can (and do) get nailed.
My father was a Navy man. Joined the reserves in 1928, active duty 1941-46, Pearl Harbor survivor.
He said that one of the reasons the Navy didn't want homosexuals was because the other guys would throw him off the ship into the ocean. The ban was for the man's own good.
Wow, who could see that coming?
“Found asleep in a Naval barracks....” If you don’t know the answer to that, you are beyond help.
In the army, females were not allowed in the barracks unless they checked in with the duty NCO but had to wait for the NCO to call the soldier downstairs............Under NO circumstances were females allowed in the barracks.
He was AWOL from his own bunk after lights out. So, what’s the problem?
The destruction of our military, deliberate. The destruction of our economy, deliberate, the destruction of our western way of life, deliberate. The destruction of the family, deliberate, the destruction of the middle class, the destruction of sanity, honor, pride and patriotism never! and we look toward the GOP and we see................nothing. We are on our own people, me myself and I, looks like the inevitable is in our future, see you on the front lines?
“Yeah, welcome to the queer navy. Damn Obama, Marxist bastard!”
Roger that!!! We are going to find out in a big way that it does not work! USN ret.sends

Repealing DADT is a terrible thing, here's one little example.
Yup and cause for dismissal.
The whole thing is bizarre. Two percent of the population — the homosexuals — are ruling the country.
How has the Navy handled finding a man and a woman in bed together with the same claim? Provided of course the command has been notified. I suppose some PO’s might turn a blind eye in that case. If they dismissed them from the service then the guy doesn’t have a leg to stand on. If they gave them some other form of NJP then it’s going to get sticky and in today’s climate he’s going to walk.

Probably not much longer. If homosexuals get bed rights, then Commander Billy and Suzie Sailor are soon to follow. It happened with amoral corporations and governments here in the states. Once homosexual couples were given employment benefits, shacked-up heteros threatened to sue and got their bennies, too.
So goes marriage. So goes civilization.
First lawyers, now pederasts.
The outcome of this leftist social experiment in the absurd is already known and has been known for centuries.
I see a remake of “Mr. Roberts” in the future.
I couldn’t understand a friggin’ word!
When this homosexual thing gets to rocking in real time a straight sailor won’t be able to sleep for all the moaning and groaning during sexual activity in the barracks.
I could have never read that...and been just fine.
Is that what “I got your back man” means? ;-)
And so it begins...
Sodomy is still against the UCMJ.
Depends on if she were his wife or not.
Captain Ned: "Now, men, I run a mans' ship. I will run it in a manful and masculine way! I will tolerate no men under my command who act in such a way so as to discredit their manhood and manliness! Do I make myself clear?"
Miles Cowperthwaite V/O: "If there were any doubts as to Captain Ned's severity, they were quickly dispelled that very afternoon, when a scuffle broke out on deck."
[ Spunk approaches a Sailor tanning ]
First Mate Spunk: That's my tanning spot! you! You're in my spot! That's my spot!
Sailor #1: You are daft! I've been here all morning. Now, run along, you are blocking my sun.
First Mate Spunk: Don't you give me any back-sass, you tan tease!
[ fight breaks out; Captain Ned intervenes ]
Captain Ned: Is this how men act on a man's ship? Where is your manliness? Fighting on deck is a serious breach on my articles of strict discipline! I'm afraid the guilty party is in for a very severe punishment!
Sailor #1: Captain.. I did indeed take Mr. Spunk's spot. I'm ready to accept my punishment..
First Mate Spunk: Captain! I threw the first blow. If anyone is to be punished, let it be me. I ask only that whatever you do, please don't put me in a tight-fitting Lassie costume and make me eat from a monogrammed dog dish.
Sailor #2: [ entering ] Captain, I encouraged this fight - punish me! Make me wear nipple-pinching clothespins, sir!
Sailor #3: [ entering ] Me, Captain! Punish me!
Captain Ned: Stop! I've heard enough! Your manly admission of guilt is most manful. However, as your Captain, it is I who must bear the full masculine responsibility! And therefore, I will be punished. Spunk! Take me alone! I want a boiling oil rub..
Wouldn’t it be the same sort of offense in a coed Navy? What’s the problem?
The law says you can’t be discriminated against because of your sexual orientation.
Fraternization among enlisted personnel, is still illegal, regardless of who does it with whom.
That’s what the dumbass in the Navy forgot. I don’t care if you here straight or gay, when you sign up, you obey the rules and if you don’t, you’re out of the service!
