This is what it comes down to. The great pro-life battle of our generation. De-funding Planned Parenthood.
And the President is taking sides with evil.
[Life News] President Barack Obama would veto the House-approved long-term spending bill for the federal government that contains the Pence Amendment, a measure that would de-fund the Planned Parenthood abortion business.
Because of that provision and other pro-life riders that stop abortion funding globally and in the District of Columbia, the Washington Times indicates “Obama has issued a veto threat on that bill, saying House Republicans’ cuts are unacceptable.”
“Senate Democrats said the non-spending provisions of the bill — such as restrictions on Planned Parenthood and on Obama administration rules and regulations — will also have to be struck,” the Times continues.
Excellent. Hussein will get wet in this pssing contest.
I agree....defund the aclu while you are at it....and npr...and pbs....and all the eviromental wacko groups....boy, this could go on and on...

What was the congressman from Michigan who got the kenyan to promise not to allow federal dollars be spent on abortion? I’ve purged his name from my memory bank. But I hope he’s happy.
No surprise about who side obamma is on. The RATS are against everything that is right, decent and lawful in this country.
You need to make a pic of an abortion clinic and Obama drinking the blood of the dead innocents.
Normal, working, taxpaying, traditional American families would barely notice, but I guarantee the parasite class (ie., the Democrat party "base") would certainly notice. And, of course, the Democrat newsrooms would have a field day trying to convince everybody that a government shutdown matters.

Poor little Barry he is getting angry. If you defund this I will veto it. Okay republicans make a massive bill that has loopholes and trickery in it. If the president vetoes the legislation it hereby nullifys every executive order and law he has signed thus limiting his impact on the US economic policy.
The Republicans need to stand up to Obama gain a backbone and say ENOUGH. Sit down and be quiet. The process of government works well when all branches of government work together. Obama you claimed to unite America. Obama you are spreading disunity and hardship and all actuality you are becoming despised as a president and people whom are truly questioning whom you are.
Guess what this would piss off Obama even more. Obama has no love for his adopted country. Opps now people may think I am a birther. So I will probably receive a love letter from someone on FR whom does not like my comment and tells me to stop posting on FR. getting a lot of those lately; spelling, grammar, paragraph formatting and syntax police are out in full force.
Shut the government down. There is no more valiant a cause.
It is stupid and insulting that this is used as an issue on budget. By either side.

Unfortunately Bart Stupak has stated at Northern Michigan University he intends to run once again for an elected federal official. The sad reality this POS has a law degree. At anytime Odumbo could nominate him for federal judgeship in the UP of Michigan.
Just thought you would like to know because i had to hear the people whom work in my business talk about him at a staff meeting. I go to work periodically just to check on staff as I recuperate from surgery. I let staff know any further discussion about democrats in the workforce will lead to immediate discharge.
LOL! That is the best thing that could possibly happen for Republicans. Let Obama try to argue that the reason he’s forcing a government shutdown is so Planned Parenthood can continue to help out Pimps and Underage Hookers.
