Its against the law in virtually every state to turn away people at an emergency room if they have no insurance.

Like it or not, Tax payers pay in virtually every state for the uninsured.

So, if Governor Christy in NJ is collecting this Tax, is he too liberal for the Presidency too? Is any republican governor fit for the presidency?
