NPR executives caught on tape bashing conservatives and Tea Party, touting liberals

A man who appears to be a National Public Radio senior executive, Ron Schiller, has been captured on camera savaging conservatives and the Tea Party movement.

“The current Republican Party, particularly the Tea Party, is fanatically involved in people’s personal lives and very fundamental Christian – I wouldn’t even call it Christian. It’s this weird evangelical kind of move,” declared Schiller, who runs NPR’s foundation.

In a new video released Tuesday morning by conservative filmmaker James O’Keefe, Schiller and Betsy Liley, NPR’s director of institutional giving, are seen meeting with two men who, unbeknownst to the NPR executives, are posing as members of a Muslim Brotherhood front group. The men, who identified themselves as Ibrahim Kasaam and Amir Malik from the fictitious Muslim Education Action Center (MEAC) Trust, met with Schiller and Liley at Café Milano, a well-known Georgetown restaurant, and explained their desire to give to $5 million to NPR because, “the Zionist coverage is quite substantial elsewhere.”

Just anounced on Rush - Schiller has been let go from NPR, and they were “apalled” by his comments.

I'm sure they were NOT APPALLED.

His resignation came at the same time his “fellow travelers” pinned him down and said -

“you know we all believe what you do, but you also know that it can’t be known that we think that way, so you’re gonna have to go”

“fanatically involved in people’s personal lives” For one thing, it’s a total and complete lie. Personal freedom is an article of faith for genuine conservatives.

Correct! It's wise to remember that, since the '60s and '70s, "people's personal lives" ALWAYS is Lib code for their illegal drug use.

And, lately, their quest for legalized gay marriage.

That's all that matters to them, which is why they feel it's perfectly all right to actually get “fanatically involved in people’s personal lives” when it comes to what people eat, drink, talk about, etc. The biggest bunch of hypocritical fascists in world history.

I actually saw a commercial on TV, touting the “Opportunity” to have the president give a graduation speech at your high school. All you had to do was write an essay entitled “Why x High School deserves to have President Obama attend their Graduation”.

HEard part of it on Rush. The NPR guy literally says, “we’d probably be better off without the federal money”. Rush says that’s the part he’s going to regret the most.

The libs never do. They are obsessed with it.

BTW, I am leaning toward legalization of drugs. Not necessarily for liberatrian reasons. Just to try to squeeze the drug gangsters out of business. Or at least cut into their profits and murderous operations.

Haven’t been many bootleg-related murders since 1933.

Ron Schiller - on tape

Vivian Schiller - the NPR exec

husband and wife team?

It says in the article that they are no relation. Still, it's not all that common a name. Makes me wonder.
