man, that guy’s worth millions of dollars in republican campaign ads. what a thorn in the liberal’s side!
Beside being utterly, coma-inducing boring. Can't wait for the next story about a tree-kissing leftist living in the woods trying to find out if most earthworms are left- or right-"handed."
I think the most amazing thing is that Schiller said that PBS could survive very well in the long run without federal funding. That’s all you really need to know to take it out of the budget.
I’ve enjoyed a lot of public programming over the years, I’ll admit it. But I’d enjoy it more if it didn’t cost the taxpayers money, and it competed on an even footing with National Geographic, Discovery, etc., and didn’t wear the mantle of government endorsement for its views.
How about a new name?
“..Very twisted view of the world...”
Pavlovian conditioning and brainwashing will do that to a person every time.
As you wish Mr. Schiller. The Republicans had better grant him this wish.
I wonder if this guy will even last the day.
Blogged on it as well.
military, media, teachers elected officials every where there is a group you will see homosexuals wanting to get in, give promotions and then push their own agenda.
I would not have believed it unless I saw it but when I read the rules of the communist manifesto I was astounded to what they are doing and have been for decades.
Just did some editing correction to URL:
Yup, the same person who went around exposing ACORN in 2009! LOL!
One of the soooooo open minded elite liberals... Open minded toward the Muslim Brotherhood...
Doesn't seem to like Israel - says newspapers are owned by Jews...and that's why they're biased
He bashes Juan Williams
If this wasn't on video I would find it hard to believe. They're the haters.
A must see to believe ping.
Can you imagine the outcry if a federally funded NPR rep were bashing Obama and the liberals while touting the Tea Party? Oh, the levle of outrage would be un-containable.
What? It's almost entirely a limited government, fiscal conservative movement.
I’ve found that most of the far left are really thick.
When I’ve questioned them about what they stand for , whether debt, islam, etc they have no clue.
It all comes down to them bumper sticker slogans.
Take for example in my state they’re having awake the state rally/protests.
When I asked them about why they use socialist logo’s, would you do cuts in if you’re in debt or keep spending or even if all companies were thrown out of America lie some wanted they thus millions losing their jobs , then they could not answer.
Even basic questions like why do you call blacks Africans Americans when whites can be African and African American.?
Scott lied jobs died, when questioned how many jobs they have no clue.
They just look really dumb and have no clue what to say
Quite honestly I’ve many who went to college and come out as liberals are really thick.
It’s like they were brainwashed with slogans but never have been taught to think for themselves.
It’s one of the biggest differences I have found between the right and left since I came to this country.
The right can think for themselves and question. The left seem to only repeat slogans, get given signs, told where to go and what to shout.
Quite sad really that there are so many thick dumb idiots .
The left tell us that tax payers have to fund killing babies, how much food we eat, what kind of food etc etc etc.
Ron Schiller - on tape
Vivian Schiller - the NPR exec

NPR chief asks critics: What liberal bias? By Sara Jerome - 03/07/11 01:42 PM ET
NPR Chief Executive Vivian Schiller defended taxpayer funding for public broadcasting Monday and challenged critics to find any evidence of liberal bias in NPR’s coverage.
the problem is that there is no common sense and honesty in our corrupt press.
Well to be fair, we kind of do the same to them. What happens when a lib is found here, or a gay friendly freeper? They are banned.
Doesnt seem illogical that they wouldnt do the same.
Ahh yes, the “fair and balanced” NPR. Defund the b@st@rds now.
NPR says they’re not related.
Ron Schiller is gay; they're not related.
Whatever happened to her anyway?
who can we contact to start the DEFUNDING ??
Shiller,, a good name for the head of Hooey networks.
Where are we demanding that the government seize private American citizen's money (at the point of a gun) to fund Freerepublic?
Rush is on this now. Should be good.
“Thats what all these public funded groups are: GIANT HOMO CLUBS. Gays working their way into the administration of an organization, and then giving cushey, soft, well paid, and often no show positions to their gay lover boy friends.”
Could someone get that on video?
He should have used her in a burka. LOL! That would’ve been EPIC!
Just heard the sound bite and the guy is both Gay and Elitist sounding.
That tape is awesome. I laughed my butt off(I wish that statement was literal...lol)Time to end the funding. They said it best themselves. We’d rather not have it and we could survive without it. Fine, good, end it now.
What do you have against O’Keefe? He exposed the frauds committed by ACORN
Is that not a bit pollitically incorrect to say hijacked to muslims?
Perfect timing, now dump their funding in Congress.
They not only need to be defunded but the deductability of contributions needs to be removed as they are obviously a political organization.
Good point. I would also add that any grants for programming from National endowment for the Arts and National Endowment for the Humanities (I would dump both of those boondoggles).
I think when they talk about $90 mil in Government funding they are referring to direct funding, not other funds that find its way to NPR through other bureaucratic channels. I think tax payer funding would really be at least twice what is being talked about.
Nothing. He’s doing a great job.............look up the word imp.......
Bump for later
I quit contributing years ago. Maybe more of us need to cut him off at the wallet.
You know it!
The proof of that is that they dominate the NY Times.
This is from the Aspen Institute website announcing Schiller's appointment there. I wonder if they are having any buyer's remorse?
