Sorry, but I never believe polls of “likely voters”. Those “likely voters” aren’t even CERTAIN that they will VOTE!!!

I'd have a little more confidence if they limited it to likely living voters...

I don’t believe this poll for a second.

That money was NOT wasted. Every penny has turned us into a nation that would approve of a Kenyan racist who hates America, while simultaneously disapproving Walker. Money well spent if you’re on the left.

if this is true then the people of WI deserve whatever the unions do to them.

This is stunning IF true

Walker has made his bed, now he must lie in it. If he caves, he’ll not get re-elected. Conservatives will remember and not vote for him, and Dems won’t vote for him, anyway.

Kick @ss now and take polls later.

Then you’ll get the real picture.

The rest is pre-conflict propaganda.

I am Lost, these people see what the teachers make with benefits

Most 8th graders can't read

Teachers off at 3:00 and have 3 months off.

I would frame the argument a whole lot better.

We can let the raise the taxes and continue to lousy schools if that is what you want.

Worst case scenario — he loses re-election but damages the unions big-time. That is a cost he is willing to pay, I bet.

When Obama and his incompetent crew collapse the economy the badgers can all stand together as they scavenge for food.

Lots and lots of polling going on instate. TV ads pro and con are running like their an election next week. Last week I was polled twice in one night. One of those polls was very odd and you were led in one direction and the final question was poorly scripted.

By the way we did have a big poll on Nov. 2 and Walker won, as far as I know that's the only poll that counts!

I’m highly skeptical about the results of this poll and Rick Ungar touting them as ‘proof’ that Wisconsin governor Scott Walker (a) has failed and, (b) motivated, angry union workers nationwide will vote in droves for Obama and swing the 2012 election to him. More like wishful thinking on Ungar’s part. However, if Wisconsin residents actually can’t understand the need to curb the pensions and benefits of state government employees and are against Walker’s attempts to repair the state’s finances then they will get the tax-rape they seem to want so that government employees can live large on taxpayer-funded salaries, benefits and lush pensions the average Wisconsin resident will never have. Their choice.

Call their bluff. Propose a tax increase to pay for maintaining the current level of benefits.

Absolutely in agreement with you. Really pisses me that conservatives, so often, throw in the towel before the battle has genuinely begun.

if true then it only shows how our corrupt biased media has been covering for their left wing thugs, hippies, smelly scroungers and welfare layabouts.

Interesting. I actually read elsewhere today (sorry, don’t remember the source) that the Dems were highly unpopular for simply having taken off and not even debated anything.

So I don’t know how much these polls mean.

Once he make progress on the debt he will be a hero. If he fails he is a dead duck anyway. He is absolutely screwed if he backs down to the unions as is any GOP Senator.
