Retiring this weird person permanently, ASAP, should be a Conservative top priority.

Unfortunately few Constitutions include provisions for dealing with insanity in power, where the insane are literarlly unable to be aware of, and admit they're insane.

Right now, there are at least two dozen elected and high appointed officials who fall into that category.

As an emergency measure, the Republicans should immediately create the appointment of an official House Psychiatrist, and one for the Senate, and the requirement that all members, starting with the leadership have mandatory evaluations.

It might even make it possible to persuade Congress that passing a law cannot create a Money Fairy.
