I hate the RomneyCare law, but isn’t that a matter of the state of MA constitution, while ObamaCare is under the US Constitution?

Who really cares?

It's socialistic in nature and that makes it a bad law either at the Federal or State level.

1. The law forces everyone under penalty of a huge fine to buy insurance.
2. The law steals from Taxpayers to subsidize insurance for those who "Can't Afford" it. Legal thievery is still thievery.

Bad law is Bad law no matter the jurisdiction.

Who really cares?

Well, as someone who believes in states' rights according to their constitutions, I care.

It's socialistic in nature and that makes it a bad law either at the Federal or State level.

That doesn't mean that it isn't constitutional under MA state law, and using MA state taxes for it, does it?

Bad law is Bad law no matter the jurisdiction

I agree with that, but that doesn't mean that "bad law" isn't "constitutional law" according to any given state, does it?
