EITHER a congressional investigation into Obama’s eligibilty as a natural born citizen OR a Grand Jury investigation into whether Obama meets the constitutional criteria to be president under Article I, Section II is (in my humble opinion) the CORRECT way to get to the bottom of this issue and I fully support either OR BOTH methods, 100%.
I would absolutely LOVE to hear the leading experts on the history of the Constitution testifying before Congress on de Vattel, the two parent to be natural born theory and whether there is a difference between a citizen-at-birth and a natural born citizen and I would love to hear Congress asking questions and challenging points of view.
That would be MUST see CSPAN television!
I would also LOVE for US Attorney Patrick J. Fitzgerald to be appointed Special Counsel to look into whether any crime was committed in Obama’s rise to the presidency. Fitzgerald brought down Obama’s buddy Rod Blagojevich in Illinois and he brought down Dick Cheney’s assistant, Scooter Libby, so he can’t be seen as a partisan. I would love for Fitzgerald to have subpoena power and the ability to compel witnesses to testify under oath. Former Governor Lingle, Janice Okubo, Governor Neil Abercrombie, Chiyome Fukino, Alvin Onaka, Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama would be on my dream witness list.

Taitz’s suit includes — not as evidence, but as something she wants the court to verify — a ridiculously obvious forgery of a 1961 Kenyan birth certificate, obtained by a man who identifies himself as “Lucas Smith, an American,” who debuted the certificate via a shaky, “Blair Witch Project”-style video before submitting it to Taitz.
How do we know it’s a forgery? Because in a lengthy article on the case, WorldNetDaily notes that it “has reported on an authentic 1961-era Kenyan birth certificate, which looks distinctly different from the document Smith released in the video.” Not that this prevented them from headlining the new story “Panic in D.C.?”

Actually, almost impossible since the photo was taken at night with almost no one around. And what are they holding up? A freshly printed forgery? Probably. There is no raised or embossed or deembossed seal on that document. It is a fake.
Other documents are shown to be prints of the Daily KOS image. Fakes, bad fakes. As a pro, Brennen must not be happy.
