Team Obama tells Supreme Court to Stay Away From Health Care Challege

The Obama administration told the Supreme Court on Monday night it should stay away from a high-profile challenge to the 2010 health care law until after a lower court has had a chance to review the case.
Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal wrote, "there is no basis for short-circuiting the normal course of appellate review." Katyal also says Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli's case is problematic because he may lack sufficient standing to challenge the health care law.

This is the same court that gave him a pass on producing proof of his legitimacy to BE president.
Will the Supreme Court up hold the rule of law or the rule as the judges make it up as they go and are intimidated?
Besides, the White Hut is just trying to slow down the process. The Supremes should NOT allow that, after what they have NOT done.

So - Obama has already assumed the SCOTUS’s authority to review and declare laws constitutional or unconstitutional... and is ordering the court around on what they can and cannot even look at?
Hello - his hubris is now to the point that if CONgress doesn’t seriously consider investigating and charging Obama with high crimes of subverting the conspiring against the US Constitution, then the entire CONgress needs to be voted out as we get the opportunity.
