'They Can't Win': Mika Mocks '12 GOP Field
NewsBusters ^ | Mark Finkelstein

Posted on 03/15/2011 6:24:30 AM PDT by governsleastgovernsbest

Mika Brzezinski might be horrified by a hand-tossed pizza, but she's completely unfazed by the 2012 Republican presidential field.

The Morning Joe co-host today disdainfully dismissed the GOP White House hopefuls, categorically stating "they can't win." Mika made her triumphal declaration during a panel discussion of Republican primary prospects. Pat Buchanan countered with the '92 historical analogy.

“...she were flat-chested...”

She’s not flat-chested? And, Scarborough had her bumped off to cover a developing scandal.

Always doing the same thing over and over hoping for a different result, her will not vote for is at 33% that is above the 26% at the end of her and mccain losing.

I don’t know that the GOP field is “sure losers”, but it’s certainly weak. I don’t see anyone who would easily defeat the Zer0 machine.

Sarah would make a good President, but the hammering she will get from the media and the dirty politics is a very tough thing to overcome.

Especially when the media will be assisting Zer0.

No matter how mad Zer0’s base gets, they aren’t voting for Sarah, or any other Repub. They will see the ship crash and burn first.

I really don’t see much in the way of great prospects for the GOP, but it’s early yet.

The Dems play dirty and get away with it, which is a huge advantage.

All those numbers will change if and when she mounts a campaign. They may go up. But I believe they will go down.

Joe and Mika yakking away in the echo chamber that is MSLSD. Yes she’s easy on the eyes, but I can’t think of one other single redeeming trait she possesses.

My best friend keeps telling me that while he would be delighted to vote for Sarah, she has been so savaged by the LSM that she is unelectable. Well, I keep telling him that any Republican that looks electable is going to be savaged by the media as they attempt to herd the Republican voters to select the most easily beatable GOP candidate, whom they will then proceed to savage as soon as they are nominated.

It is time for us to mount a campaign to brand the LSM/MSM/DBM as the Propaganda Arm of the DNC. That is all that they are.

I believe, that is the best way to neuter them and provide for fair and open elections.

Frankly, by 2012 the Repubs could run a talented cat and win.

Between a sylphilitic camel and Obama, I choose the sylphilitic camel. And I know I'm not alone!

Now there’s someone whose father should have been an abortion. Would have saved thousands of lives.

You aren't too far off.

From wikipedia:

The mica group of sheet silicate (phyllosilicate) minerals includes several closely related materials having highly perfect basal cleavage. All are monoclinic with a tendency towards pseudo-hexagonal crystals and are similar in chemical composition. The highly perfect cleavage, which is the most prominent characteristic of mica, is explained by the hexagonal sheet-like arrangement of its atoms. The word "mica" is derived from the Latin word mica, meaning "a crumb", and probably influenced by micare, "to glitter".[1]

Not sure about the perfect cleavage, but it is obvious why she was named after a rock and one that is a glittering crumb, at that.

I have been taking a different strategy at the ‘she has been so savaged...she is unelectable’ meme.

THE US POPULACE KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT SARAH PALIN. EVERYTHING! From her grades in grades school to her medical records/last Pap Smear. What do we know about Obama? And how many lawyers does he have working to prevent ANY information from trickling out?

We have already elected the unelectable, now its time to elect a President.

It's an excellent thing to do. A LOT will happen if and when Sarah decides to run. In the meantime all anyone can do - for or against - is speculate and start rumors and offer opinions.

This is kind of a lousy time for politics because it is all waiting and no real action. 6 weeks from now we'll know who's in the ball game.

Perhaps but, remember the their game plan/theology; if you say it over and over again and other talking heads repeat it, and more and more of the people buy in to it then it must be true.
Like Rush has shouted for years; we as conservatives must be ready and willing to counter this type of tactic with reasoned articulate truth. The public is not as stupid as these elitist bubble heads think we are.

She’s a terrible television personality. She always has the look on her face that she really doesn’t understand what’s going on...because she doesn’t. Their are airhead reporters on the air that have a better grasp of the facts.

I really believe she is better suited to running a fortune telling business out of her house or raising a herd of goats, because she reminds me of a gypsy.

So far the field does look weak but hopefully events will begin to change the image of some as they begin to take over the role as a leader. someone has to come forward soon.

All fail at this point.

Yes, I love Sarah, too, guys, but I agree she can’t win.

GET REAL!!!
