The GOP Congress FORCED Clinton into a balanced budget...over a period of weeks, kicking and screaming, Clinton claimed that balancing the budget in 7 year, 10 years, (he kept using various numbers of years), would be “too painful”.
The GOP forced him to...he took credit for it...the democrats lie about it today, and the media covers for his sorry a**.
